Mairtin O’Connor (accordion), Cathal Hayden (fiddle, banjo) and Seamie O’Dowd (guitar, vocals) are one of the finest groupings on the traditional Irish music circuit today. Individually, their reputations are as solid as you’ll get. Mairtin is a world class musician, innovator and composer who’s musical path has seen him play with the likes of De Dannan, Mark Knopfler, Kate Bush and countless others. Cathal is a multiple All Ireland champion whose fiddle and banjo playing contributed hugely to the almost instant success of traditional Irish band Four Men and a Dog. Seamie’s reputation as a session musician, band member, solo performer and producer have seen him work with such luminaries as Dervish, Liam O’Flynn, Matt Molloy, Thom Moore, Mary Mc Partlan and others.
